Stalex Software securely stores your data in a database hosted by MongoDB Atlas in Frankfurt. This database is IP-whitelisted to make sure only our servers are granted access to the data in the database. Sensitive data such as exchange API keys are encrypted and passwords hashed to add an extra layer of protection.

Stalex Software will keep your personal data until you, the user, either decide to delete your account or get banned from our products and services. The data will be deleted from our database automatically in case of either of these events.
